Disclaimer
This is a short list,
but nonetheless, it is strictly enforced.
- I reserve the
right to refuse to work with any client (potential,
new, referred, or former), for any reason that I
deem which interferes with delivering a product or
service that hinders our working relationship, or
for those times when it's more beneficial for the
client to seek another service provider.
- Price quotes are
good for seven (7) days only. If you want to hire me
at the price quote I send you, then I must receive
payment within seven days from the date posted in
the e-mail message.
- If you send me a
payment for service, the service must be used within
sixty (60) days. After sixty days, payments are not
refunded, regardless of the reason(s) for your
noncommunication or non-submittal of your required
documents.
For example, if
you pay me to edit your manuscript, and you fail to
send me the document to edit within sixty days, I am
no longer under any obligation to perform the
editing services you initially requested, and
therefore, your payment will not be refunded due to
your neglect.
Likewise, if you
have paid me a consulting fee or mentoring fee, and
you do not utilize my services within sixty days, I
am no longer under any obligation to provide that
service to you, regardless of the reason(s) you
chose not to communicate with me.
If any of the
above is unclear, please contact me before hiring me
and we can discuss fees and services.
